  They are always super fast. They are by appointment, but do take walk-ins (even on Saturdays!). I have never waited longer than 15 minutes to be taken back, even if I am walking in. Dr. Lee is very courteous and a wonderful doctor. The staff is always nice and they also offer weight-loss programs. This is my first primary care office (and believe me, I searched a long time to find a good one). I am nothing but pleased so far.

  Avoid this practice, like others are saying they only care about money! I had a horrible experience. I went in for a physical and to have a form filled out. The front desk said it would NOT be an extra fee to get the form filled out with my physical. I did get examined by Dr Lee, then he filled out my form. I thought that was the physical. They billed my insurance for adoption paperwork, not a physical. How could Dr. Lee fill out a physical form without giving me a physical? Insurance wouldn't cover paperwork, only a physical, and now they are billing me for that paperwork and claiming that I didn't come in for a physical. Horrible customer service from Susie in the billing department. They don't care about people, ironic?
