- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪On Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017 I taveled one hour to this Petsmart as it was the closest location to me. Went to get specific prescription dog food and unfortunately was unable to find prescription card. We had prescription filled at this location and thought the Banfield vet could help, as did the Petsmart cashier. The person at Banfield was Rude, Unprofessional. As a result, we left and have no intentions of returning. If you are seeking polite, courtesy and professionals you will NOT FIND THEM AT BANFIELD Petsmart, Woodstock.
