  My parents have banked here for years. The employees at this location are very helpful and friendly. It makes a person want to bank here when they remember you're name and welcome you each and every time you come thru the door

  Want to feel like a cockroach with a BIG boot over you? Then move to Suntrust. BUT if you threaten to climb the corporate ladder and not be daunted by the answer they give you (ESPECIALLY the Manila PI answer) you may MAY get the answer you want but you have to state that you will NOT be daunted by them and that you WILL get to the top if you have to climb over dead bodies along the way .... is it worth this for a BANK???

  Worst banking experience in my life. We are in the middle of a big move and we deposited a check on Saturday and then turn around to find out that they are holding the funds from Us until two weeks from now. I have NEVER had to deal with this in any other bank. Needless to say I will be closing my account whenever the bank decides they want to give me my money. The lady was rude when I went inside this branch. Customer service is saying one thing and the branch is saying something else. Worst communication EVER!!!!!
